Phaedrus Trading and Services LLC ("Phaedrus", "we") provides business-development and outreach services to hospitality and event venues ("clients") under a written service agreement. Services, fees, and term are defined in each client's agreement. We act on the client's behalf in prospecting and outreach; the client retains full control of pricing, availability, contracts, customer payments, and final booking decisions. We do not guarantee a specific number of bookings, meetings, or revenue. Either party's obligations, renewal, and termination are governed by the signed agreement.
We collect only the information needed to provide our services and to respond to enquiries — such as a contact name, business email, organization, and any message you send us. We use it to deliver services, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Prospect and client data is handled under our client agreements and applicable law, kept only as long as needed, and protected with reasonable safeguards. Service fees are billed as set out in the client's service agreement. One-time setup fees are earned when the corresponding setup work is performed. Recurring service fees are billed per the agreement's schedule and term. Success-based commissions apply only to collected, agency-attributed revenue as defined in the agreement.
